Deloittes SI Capability maintains a strong focus on structuring, managing, and implementing complex technical solutions requiring deep business expertise, process optimization, and business operations knowledge to achieve significant and measurable business value Application Management Services: Provide complete operations services for application management, custom development, and business process outsourcing for clients. Develop the post implementation go-live support environment, construct the transition plan from the project team to the support team, and support and maintain the client applications and technology infrastructure REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years of relevant technology architecture consulting or industry experience. - Ability to travel 80-100% - A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree or equivalent Currently interviewing for professionals with ONE of the following areas of specialization: Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing - Ability to architect, design and develop an enterprise business intelligence and data warehousing solution - Define, design and implement logical and physical data models - Proficient with ETL tools and be able to architect an ETL solution - Proficient in SQL Systems Development - A minimum of 2 full system development life cycle implementations - At least 2 years of experience with solution development and application architecture with Java, J2EE or .Net technologies - At least 2 years of performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques Systems Integration - A minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations - Experience participating in large-scale, full-life cycle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) implementations. - 2+ years of hands-on technical experience with at least one of the following tools: TIBCO Active Business Works, IBM Websphere Business Integration, SAP Netweaver XI, Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebMethods Quality Assurance / Software Testing - Experience leading testing efforts, including experience with all phases of testing: System, Integration, User Acceptance and Performance Testing - At least 2 years experience with defining the testing strategy for large scale programs and ensuring requirements traceability throughout the system development lifecycle - At least 2 years of testing experience in different environments including one or more of the following client server, Services Oriented Architecture, Web based, Mainframe based and three tier architectures - At least 2 years of experience with one or more of the following tools: HP toolset, Rational toolset, SOA testing tools and automation testing toolset Network Architects & Engineers - Relevant technology architecture experience - At least 2 years of experience leading an architecture assessment and developing a roadmap to migrate the technical architecture of client. Required to have at least one full lifecycle project experience in one or more of the following areas: - Voice and Data Networks: "AOS" -Cost Assessment, Optimization and (Carrier) Selection, Global WAN Architecture Planning and Business Case Development, VOIP Design and Implementation. - Converged, Enterprise, Carrier Networks and Wireline Networking: MPLS WAN Conversion, Services Portfolio Design - Wireless Networking, Network Technologies, Network Services: Wireless LAN Security Planning and Design, Network Backbone Optimization.
